The job
Stonemason Foreman role in Fyshwick, ACT. Lead and supervise a stonemason team across fabrication and installation of natural stone for residential and commercial projects across Canberra.
Your key duties
- Leading and supervising a team
- Fabrication and installation of natural stone for residential and commercial projects
- Cutting, shaping and polishing stone with machinery and hand tools
- Measuring, glueing and manufacturing custom stone products
- Operating across all aspects of the production process
- Travelling to job sites for measurements and installs
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
What you'll need
- Stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience
- Installation experience on commercial & residential sites
- Strong leadership and supervisory ability
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- CNC bridge saw or waterjet experience desirable
