The job
CNC Operator role in Campbellfield, Melbourne with a leading kitchen and benchtop manufacturer. Run CNC machinery producing premium natural stone, porcelain and sintered stone benchtops for major builders.
Your key duties
- Set up and operate CNC machinery for stone benchtop production
- Cut, profile and finish edges to spec
- Machine sink, hotplate and tap-hole cut-outs
- Load cutting files and select tooling for each material
- Read and interpret drawings and cutting lists
- Quality-check finished pieces before they move on
- Follow silica-safety and OH&S procedures

What you'll need
- Proven CNC operating experience in stone
- Confident with cutting, profiling and cut-outs
- Able to read drawings and cutting lists
- Natural stone, porcelain and sintered stone experience
- Strong attention to detail
