The job
Experienced Stone Machine Programmer role in Campbellfield, VIC with a leading kitchen designer and manufacturer. This is a true machine-programming role — writing and tuning the actual CNC programs that run on bridge saws and waterjets, not just CAD or CAM file prep.
Your key duties
- Write, edit and optimise CNC programs for bridge saws and waterjets
- Tune cutting parameters for natural stone, porcelain and engineered stone
- Maintain post-processors and machine code libraries
- Work closely with machine technicians on cycle improvements
- Troubleshoot programming issues during production
- Document standard programs and operator instructions
What you'll need
- Hands-on CNC machine programming (G-code level)
- Post-processor and machine code knowledge
- Stone-industry machine experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving + analytical skills
- Self-motivated under production pressure
