The job
Stonemason / Fabricator role in Newcastle, NSW. Mix of factory fabrication and on-site installations for clients around the region — 4-day work week.
Your key duties
- Fabrication and installation of benchtops for residential and commercial projects
- Cutting, shaping and polishing stone with machinery and hand tools
- Measuring, glueing and manufacturing custom stone products
- Working on custom-designed kitchens and stone projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and team members
- Maintain compliance with site safety
What you'll need
- Stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience
- 2+ years benchtop install + fabrication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- Current working rights in Australia
