The job
Production Manager role with a family-run stone business in Victoria, leading a factory team across machine operators and production staff.
Your key duties
- Provide direction and leadership to Factory team and machine operators
- Supervise, support and develop staff
- Implement systems and processes that drive consistency, efficiency and quality
- Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory control
- Ensure effective skills and training programs are met
- Manage OH&S compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the factory
What you'll need
- Previous experience as a Factory Manager
- Previous experience in the stone industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Effective decision-making and OH&S understanding
- Forklift licence
