The job
CNC Bridge Saw / Waterjet Operator role in Newcastle, NSW with a high-quality stonework business specialising in marble, granite and natural stone. Both bridge saw and waterjet machine operating, in the factory.
Your key duties
- Set up and operate CNC bridge saw and waterjet machines to benchtop specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Fabricate benchtop parts with precision and accuracy
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- General factory duties
What you'll need
- Stonemasonry trade qualification or industry experience
- 2+ years on CNC bridge saws or waterjets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- Current working rights in Australia
